Sudipta Chowdhury
Sudipta is a PhD student in CEE Department at UConn. He holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh and a master degree in Operations Research from Mississippi State University. His research interests include developing theoretical frameworks and mathematical models for complex infrastructure systems, supply chains, and resilient communities.
Zheng Ren
Zheng Ren is a PhD student in CEE Department at UConn. He holds a bachelor degree in Highway and Bridge Engineering and a master degree in Bridge Engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China. His research interests include developing social-ecological-infrastructure systems framework and mathematical models for system resilience.
Giovanna Fusco
Gigi is a structural engineering PhD student in the CEE department at the University of Connecticut. She holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and her research interests include human-building ecosystems and building resilience.
Francesco Rouhana
Francesco Rouhana is a PhD student in the CEE Department at UConn. He holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and a master degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation and Urban Planning from Notre Dame University – Louaize, Beirut, Lebanon. His research interests include resilience of civil infrastructure systems, disaster risk reduction, response and recovery.

Stephen Hutchingson
Stephen Hutchingson was a civil engineering student at UConn. His research interest focuses on the resilience of interdependent infrastructure systems and how it affects major cities, specifically after natural disasters. He enjoys playing baseball and skiing in his free time.
